Instructions for making your own will ONLINE

  • Select the type of will that most suits you from the list below.
  • Fill in the details as required.
  • Make sure that you include your own name and address and the names and addresses of your executors and beneficiaries.
  • Date and sign the Will in the presence of two witnesses.
  • Have the witnesses sign the will and include their names, occupations and addresses.
  • Print out the will using the PRINT function of your browser. If the resulting Will extends to more than one page, you may need to change the number of pages mentioned towards the bottom of the will.
  • Click on you browser BACK button to return to this page once you are finished.
  • Remember, First Legal will provide free safe storage of your Will. Just send the completed Will to First Legal at this address.
