Miriam has a strong foundation in litigation and claim handling.
With 15 years experience in the legal profession in the Chief
State Solicitors Office and a leading Insurance Company, she
is exceptionally equipped in defence litigation. Miriam has
been with Dermot P. Coyne Solicitors for 5 years, where she
specialises in Plaintiff personal injury litigation, including
road traffic accidents, work and public liability and family
law.
Miriam has vast experience in all areas of Court instigation,
litigation and related matters such as Judicial Review. Where
of recent times she has taken cases against the State on behalf
of minors with special needs, requiring appropriate schooling.
Miriam has extensive experience in client relations, pre-court
negotiations and settlements both inside and outside the Court
Room. Her role in Dermot Coyne Solicitors is aimed at providing
a quality person to person service with regard for each individuals
specific needs and tailoring that service to best suit and
serve our clients.
