Lisa has spent the last 6 years as one of the core members of the Dermot Coyne team.
Originally dealing with Conveyancing, under the direction of the Principal, Dermot Coyne, she moved on to specialise solely on the re-mortgaging of property. Essentially one re-mortgages their property in order to realise their equity, to free up capital often times to make further investments or to facilitate new developments, financial or otherwise, in ones life. As with sale/purchase of ones home, the process of re-mortgaging has many links in the chain. Lisa’s in-depth understanding and experience in the intricate workings of the process enables her to interact favourably and professionally between the client and lending institution(s). This ensures insofar as possible, plain sailing in what can often be (to the layman at least) a confusing process.
