40 New Homes are going on sale at the Clonburris launch which takes place this Saturday 13th April 2024. The starting price is €435,000.00. We have represented many buyers in the earlier launches of these schemes and look forward to representing you. The demand for new homes is high and we expect this launch to sell out quickly.
Tandy’s Lane and Cherrywood Village launched last Saturday and there was a very high level of interest with most of the houses selling out in Tandy’s Lane.
Interest Rates will lower throughout the year making repayments more affordable.
With the rumour that a new Government in late 2024 or latest Spring 2025 will possibly remove the twin new home buyer supports of FHS and HTB, buyers will buy early in the year if possible to secure this funding support.
The demand far exceeds supply in the greater Dublin area so prices will not lower.
